I had my first surgery during COVID. It was scary having to go in alone and have no visitors. Lucky for me, I was taken care of by the kindest, most patient, reassuring, professional team of nurses, doctors, staff EVER. They chatted, kept me company, reassured me, sent regular updates to my loved ones, answered my loads of questions, and got me back to healthy in no time. Their kindness truly turned a scary situation into a piece of cake. Huge thank you to all at Ochsner on O’Neal and to all who are serving the community through this pandemic.
